Simple payment process
Our process is fast and easy, from placing your order through to payment and fulfillment. Through our partners Stripe and Payoneer, we’re able to accept payments using a wide variety of methods from around the globe.
Order
Log in to or create your account to provide the details for your order including word count and turnaround time. Upload your document to our secure server, and your order is ready to go.
Payment
Wherever you're located globally and whichever payment method you prefer, we ensure payment is simple and easy. We accept all major credit cards including JCB through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
Proofreading
As soon as we receive payment, our process begins. One of our elite proofreaders corrects and annotates your document until it's perfect. Our customer support staff are standing by for any questions while we work.
Assurance
Within your selected timeframe we'll email your finished document back to you. Our service doesn't end there—if you're not fully satisfied, tell us within 30 days and we'll keep editing your document until you are.
Ironclad security
Here at Eneo, we take security very seriously. There are three pillars of our security implementation, but each is of utmost importance.
First, payment security. We ensure all of our payments are processed through secure gateways (for example, our partner Stripe) using the best encryption and transport protocols for your payment data. Our ordering platform utilizes the best login and account security available.
Second, data security. Your documents are stored in secure cloud hosting featuring the most advanced data policies and techniques. It’s also backed up at Eneo’s headquarters on physically secured local drives to safeguard against data loss.
Last, but not least, is intellectual property security. Only Eneo’s management and the one specific proofreader assigned to your work order are able to view your document and they must sign strict non-disclosure agreements to protect the integrity of your documents.
